He was awarded the Outstanding Estate Planning Attorney of the Year by the Nevada Community Foundation and the Outstanding Estate Planning Attorney of the Year by the Nevada Business Journal.
Rob is passionate about giving back to the community, serving on the Planned Giving Committee of Vegas PBS for 30 years while also serving on its Board of Directors. He has also presented and co-authored numerous publications for Continuing Legal Education courses for attorneys. He uses his wealth of knowledge to educate as a frequent lecturer on asset protection planning, including teaching classes on estate planning and asset protection at Brigham Young University for over 10 years.
Jared Moss has been helping clients with wealth preservation for over 15 years. Jared started in San Diego representing Fortune 500 companies obtaining tax refunds from the IRS and state governments with recovery of more than $300 million. One client received a refund of more than $24 million dollars. Jared then relocated to Park City, Utah and has worked with celebrities, high net worth individuals, and family offices with their asset protection strategies. Over the last four years, Jared has represented crypto holders and blockchain companies with corporate structures and asset protection.Jared is currently a board of director for multiple companies and foundations focused on global wealth creation and economic prosperity utilizing blockchain technology and cryptocurrency.
